Glitch Theatre

different by design

A glitch isn’t a flaw,
it’s the spark of what’s next.

Glitch Theatre creates contemporary, compelling performances driven by D/disability-identified artists.

Our work is D/disability-led: not defined by disability, but shaped by it. We develop and produce work where D/disability forms the creative landscape on which we explore complex facets of identity, community, and human connection.

Whether we’re designing a creative process with neurodivergent artists, or inventing techniques that enable performers with physical disabilities to defy gravity on stage, every Glitch project is a fusion of artistry and authenticity. Every access need — even the friction between them — is an offer of creative potential in an environment rarely built with us in mind.

Glitch Theatre is different by design.
